Orders can be tracked from the shipping confirmation email where order tracking information is provided or through our site here using your email and order number. You can also use the tracking number to track with your local carrier as well.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package we kindly request that you first check with any neighbors and other locations around your home where a package may haven been left. If you are unable to locate your package the next step is to contact your local carrier and file a claim that the package was not delivered. You may also contact our support team and let us know you've filed a claim and share the claim confirmation. If you have any issues, submit a request and our support team will assist you.
